I don't do public meditations every day. Just when I feel prodded to that there is a message to be said for you all. Today was that day!
The Tree of Life appeared to me after a few quiet minutes. I wish you could see what I do, for it truly is such a magnificent sight to behold. The tree is so huge that you would have to walk far away to be able to take it all in. The branches are thick, the trunk is humongous and ancient, and the leaves are vibrant green and seem to chime or sing in a gentle breeze. This tree is healing, and cooling as well. It offers a safe haven as it teaches at the same time. Most people would think of it in the feminine form, but I have always heard it speak to me through the masculine.
Usually when I see the Tree of Life, it's cradling me within its branches to heal me from whatever part of a journey that has been unusually tough. Today, however, I found myself standing near the base of the trunk. The Tree of Life asked me to look up and take in all its branches and huge limbs.
"See the way they fork and twist?"
I looked as far as I could, but there were just so many to try to take in at once. I nodded that I could.
Tree of Life said, "As you can see, there are many different paths to take should you decide to climb my branches to get to the top. There isn't a simple straight path. When you come to a fork, there are different options on how you choose to proceed. There aren't any right or wrong paths. They will all come to the same outcome in the end, as they all grow out and upwards toward the sun where the light shines the brightest.
"And so such is life. Don't fret about being on the 'right path' in life. No matter which twist and turn you take, no matter how many forks in the road you are faced with, you will always eventually come to the same outcome if you are patient and willing to be a part of the journey. Your desired outcome will be waiting for you. Should you grow impatient and fall out of the tree, you only need to pick yourself back up and start again. How many times you choose to fall and how slowly you choose to inch your way is up to you.
"When life seems as if you're 'off track', know you are where you're supposed to be at this very moment for your soul's growth. Some of you will argue that you can feel that you're off track meaning that you can't possibly be on the right path, but don't know how to get to where you would like to be. It is within Divine Timing. When everything aligns perfectly in both timing and your physical world, the branches will no longer seem jumbled and confusing. Pouting and sitting on a branch does nothing but keep yourself from making progress. Be willing to use patience and observance....always looking until you see an opening that will bring you closer to the end of the path."
The scene switched and I saw two angels. One was lovingly brushing through the hair of the other. They had only love and serenity on their faces. I then saw angels greeting loved ones as they crossed over from our physical world into Heaven. The joy upon the faces of the people was amazing to see. I also saw people walking hand in hand in complete harmony and emitting so much love. I was told that I was witnessing a community without ego and this is why so many of us yearn for "Home". We long for a place where everything is happy all the time, where no one fights or throws egos around, and there is total peace. They want us to know, however, that such a place already exists inside of us. We don't need to go to Heaven or find this within other people or things. Happiness is found within. It's a part of us that comes from the pure love we all bring with us and only needs to be recognized and tapped into. The biggest message given to me from this was "Get out of your heads and back into your hearts!"

A Window to an Epiphany
Today while waiting for my dad to pick me up so we could go to the gym together, I sat on the couch next to our large living room window. The cats and I were enjoying a warm winter Southern California breeze. I could hear the chattering of some people outside, but it took a while before they came up the sidewalk into my view. They were two elderly women. One was using a walker to hold herself up and the other woman was holding her arm. They looked as if they were in their late 70s to 80s.
Most people would have looked at these two women and lose interest in them because they were inching their way so slowly on their walk. At first glance, there was nothing "special" about them. Just two old ladies out on a nice day. I was still waiting for Dad and had to keep an eye out for his car, so I continued to look out the window. I'm glad I did. I realized a few moments later that the scene before me was truly beautiful and magical!
Both women were dressed in pretty pastel spring colors, even though it's still winter. They just went perfect with our gorgeous 78 degree weather day. They were smiling and talking, when suddenly the more able bodied woman let go of her friend's arm and began acting out something she was telling the other about. Both women started laughing. The woman with the walker had to stop because she was laughing so hard. The sound of their laughter sang to my ears. Colors, the sun glowing upon their white hair, laughter carrying throughout the street, tenderness as the one woman continued to help the other with her walker, friendship, companionship, smiles, and beautiful heart chakras. What more could we ever truly want in life than to have what those two women had in that one moment of time? Money could not have bought what came so naturally on such a gorgeous day.
It took a little bit before they cleared my view because of how slowly they had to walk. I consider it a blessed opportunity to be shown beauty in the form of something so unexpected. The things that matter most in life are really that simple.

14 Jan 11: Power in vibrations, and simple moments (Meditation)
Christine Watts Intuitive Services: Awakening your inner light and empowerment
Today's meditation was short. I was met with a field of green which represents nature, love, compassion, and healing. A shaman appeared and he began to dance and chant all around me. I got goosebumps all over my arms and legs in my physical world as I could feel the energy emitting from him. He did this for about a minute before he stopped and told me that the ancient wisdom has so much power in it. I asked him why? Did we really have to do rites in order to be healed? Why couldn't we just believe we are healed without all the other stuff?
He said we could, and the ancient rites are just the same as believing it is so. He told me that it isn't so much the words we use but rather the tone, the vibration, and strength that comes through with the words that gives us faith, courage, and belief that the words are true. He explained to me that the vibrations sends out our intent into the Universe.....much like when we use affirmations. If we weakly say something that we want to "be so", we don't have much conviction in our words. Therefore we negate that which we want. But if we use the strength and power like the ancients did in their chants and dances, we are believing in the words and bringing to us that which we want.
The scene changed and I caught a glimpse of one of my past lives in the late 1880s/early 1890s Victorian era. I was sitting up against a tree by a river in the summertime. I had on a white silk dress and hat, but I wasn't concerned about getting dirty. I was very much at peace with the warmth of the sun making me sleepy, the sound of the water lulling me, and hearing the buzzing of insects and chattering of birds all around me. It was pure bliss. No worries, no tasks to be done, no time to pay attention to. Just me and nature all around me bonding in spirit. This was one of the best moments in life. And guess what? It was so simple! No modern conveniences, no hub bub of activity, no Internet, no lottery win, and nothing else that people think they need to have in order to be happy. Nature and self. It was really that simple.
And as I left that scene, the meditation came to a close.

12 Jan 11: Your Inner Goddess (Meditation)
Christine Watts Intuitive Services: Awakening your inner light and empowerment
This meditation is for the ladies!
As I settled into calm and meditation, I was surprised to see such a bright, glittery golden glow all around me. One of the most gorgeous women I had ever seen appeared before me dressed in a long, flowing golden gown that glittered and sparkled. She also wore a veil of very light material upon her head like a mantilla. I knew immediately that gold is the color of high intuition and psychic awareness. What I didn't understand, however, was what I was supposed to take away from seeing her because all she did was smile at me and dance around. There were no words exchanged, no scene change, and no stall in the meditation (as what happens when my Team wants me to stop and write down what I'm seeing).
Finally I asked, "Who is she?"
A male voice told me, "She is you."
Wow. I guess I looked better than I thought! Ha ha! I smiled and asked how is this so? Was I looking at a past life or something? It was explained to me that she is me then, now, and in the future. She was my inner goddess. I didn't say anything more because I was in awe of this revelation. I couldn't believe that this gorgeous woman was actually me. I wanted to reach out and touch her to see if she felt real....but for some reason I didn't dare. Don't ask me why I hesitated.
The voice then said, "There is an inner goddess within all of you. You were all born with it. It's always been a part of you and cannot be erased."
I was told the purpose of this scene was to tell others that no matter how they feel about themselves, how they look, how much they weigh, what sort of clothes they wear, and no matter what their self-esteem is like, there is a beautiful, pure, fearless, highly intuitive goddess within every single woman. To gain access to this part of you, all you have to do is close your eyes and be willing to see this gorgeous self. She/you will come to give you a glimpse of that which can never be marred, cheapened, neglected, diminished, abused, disfigured, or worthless. If you ever feel less than a goddess due to your own beliefs, how others have made you feel, your environment, or circumstances, close your eyes and remember that you are so much more than your flesh and outer world.
The meditation ended at that.

It All Begins Young
If you had never been told the word "no", or had never been told that something couldn't happen, would you believe that you could have anything you wanted? Would you believe that you could do anything you put your mind to?
So many of us parents have told our children they couldn't do something or have something because we were limited on what we could do at the time to help them achieve their wants and desires. Therefore, our children have learned limited beliefs on abundance and dreams. Instead of believing that all things can come to them from Source through limitless possibilities, they come into the belief that everything must come from us or they get nothing at all.
What are we to do then if we do not have the tools at hand to help make things possible for our children? The best thing a parent can tell a child is that something cannot come from their mother and/or father at this time, but perhaps at another time. In the meantime, they should ask the child should think of other ways to obtain that which they desire. You might be surprised with what they come up with.
Children believe what they are told until they grow and hopefully discover on their own that what has been passed down was due to their parents' own beliefs. To say that something is not possible is limiting their ability to see that there is always more than one way of going about things. BUT. Children who are taught to think of other options and come up with creative solutions are the ones who will excel in life at a younger age more easily than their peers. Think of the young entrepreneurs. They became successful at such young ages because they did not limit themselves. Instead of stopping at roadblocks, they were able to see their way around and beyond them to discover a different path.
Unfortunately, "no" and limited thinking had already been set in this house years ago and it's a habit that has been hard to get rid of. All is not lost, however. My 16 year old son really took my epiphany to heart in the last year and has been discovering many other ways. I call him my go-getter because he no longer accepts "no" or "cannot" as an answer from anyone and moves forward to the next option, rather than backing away and calling defeat or failure. Along the way, he has discovered that the paths that didn't work out were not failures, but rather paths he learned from to try something different and better the next time. Those past paths have been great teachers to him, and now he is defeating the odds in some areas of his life and manifesting things that continue to amaze me. Not all areas yet, but he'll get there.
